ESTHETICS

Our 600 hour esthetics program is finally a reality. What a program it is! Not only does it provide state of the art training in all phases of make-up as well as basic and advanced skin care and facials, it will include extensive training in body wraps, extractions, and micro-dermabrasion.

The training is conducted in a new wing of the academy which is dedicated to skin and nail services. In addition to a large training area, separate esthetics rooms afford a spa-like atmosphere. Each room is equipped with an electronic adjusted bed, a sink and a large steamer. A towel warmer is located in the general area. A private shower is available in the larger room where body treatments are performed.

The program started the fall of 2002. It is scheduled in the evenings from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and will take seven months to complete. Title-IV financial aid is available to those who qualify.

The academy is excited to be able to offer you this full program. No longer will people interested in pursuing this growing field have to temporarily relocate to be fully trained and ready to enter this exciting field.
